Like what motherboards do ultrabooks use? I’m trying to build my own laptop and publish my creation. So I need the fastest and thinnest motherboard. Basically what motherboard does the Acer Aspire S3 use?

Motherboards for laptops are custom designed and manufactured differently for each model. They do not follow a form factor like desktops do (i.e. mini itx) so there is no way to answer your question.
Search ebay if you want laptop motherboard, but you won’t be able to build your own with it; search newegg if you want an ITX desktop board, but it will never become a laptop.
Building your own laptop is impossible unless you can manufacture all the components you will need. Every laptop, on the inside, is slightly different from every other one. That includes ultrabooks. An acer ultrabook motherboard will not fit in any other laptop.
